To lead well and thrive in a time of constant change, we need more than sprints of performance; we need to learn how to remain mission-focused, resilient, and adaptable. Secure your spot for the first-ever Endurance Leader cohort to learn effective strategies for long-term impact.
What This Cohort Is
The Endurance Leader Beta Cohort is a small-group virtual experience designed for professionals who want to strengthen their ability to lead through complexity, adapt to changing conditions, and sustain their leadership over the long term.
Led by Ann Bowers-Evangelista, this cohort brings together a small group of committed professionals to explore and apply the Endurance Leader framework in a thoughtful and practical learning environment.
This is not a traditional leadership course. The cohort is designed to be interactive, reflective, and practical, with participants learning from both the framework and one another.
